– Contract negotiation and proactively manage foreseen project risk, mitigating as necessary.
– Perform technical analysis and evaluation for material packages required by projects.
– Recognize and solve potential problems, excellent decision making and analytical skills.
– Advise on procurement strategy.
– Evaluate technical / commercial submission of sub-contractors and vendors.
– Ensure complete tender documentation and seek clarification on discrepancies if necessary.

– Meet potential clients with Business Development Managers to enquire and understand clients’ needs
– Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan and visuals, prepare project schedule and quotations to clients and submit tenders for the project to clients
– Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work
– Prepare costing report for management’s approval and manage budget accordingly
– Work closely with project and operation teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery of the project and excellent quality of work done
– Being the key single interface between the company and clients, obtain client’s feedback and resolve project related issues such as payments, etc.
Requirements:
– Recognized qualification in interior design, architecture or equivalent
– Candidate must possess minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate office interior design and build project
management. Those with PMP Certification have an added advantage.

Senior Interior Designer

Main Responsibilities:
– Develop creative and well thought through design solutions
– Provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed
– Provide necessary presentation materials such as Powerpoint presentation slides, presentation packages etc. to present and sell creative solutions to client
– Support Project Leader in the project from beginning to the full completion of the project
– Ensure all design changes and solutions are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation
– Monitor design intent progression on site
– Lead and mentor the Junior Designers
– Assist Associate or Creative Director in managing interior designers’ schedule and deliverables
– Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
– Min 5 years’ experience in corporate office interior design
– Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or its equivalent
– Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology
– Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
– Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
– Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and/or 3D rendering software and MS Office software
