Mechanical and Electrical Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for design and layout of electrical, plumbing, sprinklers and ACMV installation
• Able to prepare detailed M&E drawings
• Ensure that the designs and finishes of the projects follow specifications, regulations and contract details
• Prepare cost estimation and tender documentations
• Evaluate contractor's design proposals and specifications
• Provide general support and advice on the various aspects of mechanical and electrical services
• Manage a team of engineers

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in M&E designs
• Polytechnic graduates with minimum 12 years' relevant experience may be considered
• Responsible, self-motivated, enthusiastic and a hands-on person
• Good interpersonal, presentation, project management and leadership skills
• Good communication and written skills in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
