Project Managers/Executives
Job Description:
- Examine and interpret clients' plans or arrange the drawing of plans to meet building regulations
- Submit tenders, quotes or prices for the project to clients
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work
- Organize subcontractors to carry out all stages of work and negotiate rates of pay
- Calculate quantities of material required for building projects
- Arrange delivery times of materials to coincide with various stages of the building process
- Ensure work of subcontractors is of an acceptable standard and are proceeding according to schedule
- Liaise with office staff involved in the preparation and payment of accounts
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Building or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of good track record in the interior design or real estate development industry
- Excellent project and people management skills
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation, management and leadership skills
- Shortlisted candidates will have option for overseas posting
