10 May 2012 – A leading commercial interior design, construction fit-out and project management establishment based in the Asia Pacific region, the DB&B Group has been on a winning streak this year.
After the Singapore office bagged an award at the Hong Kong Global Design Awards in February, DB&B is once again in the spotlight as the Shanghai office received a Highly Commended Award for Office Interior Design at the 2012 Asia Pacific Property Awards in Kuala Lumpur on 27th April.
Commenting on the win, Group Managing Director Mr Billy Siew said, “It is a great honour to receive this prominent award. Our dedication towards understanding our client’s unique work cultures and proprietary branding was what made our project stand out. Every award that we receive is a reflection of the hard work undertaken by our people at DB&B and I would like to congratulate all our teams.”
For the winning project, Dianping Shanghai, our design team encapsulated the essence of the company as an emerging stalwart in the industry. Columns were demolished to create an open-concept work-and-play environment flushed with natural lighting. Imbued with energetic colours, flexible configurations and plenty of creative and inspiring breakout spaces, it was a bold proposal that has given the design team at DB&B to continue on its journey of design innovation and excellence.
