We are looking for a meticulous and passionate individual to be the person in charge of our work-sites during the construction process. Working closely with the project manager, factory manager and WSH officer, you will be the key person on-site to ensure the progress and success of the project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review all necessary documents required by the project e.g. building guideline, BOQ, method statement etc              
  • Study all project information and drawings to understand the design and detailing
  • Develop the schedule for overall project execution planning
  • Delegate work tasks and close monitoring of daily work activities, with schedule
  • Work closely with Designer, Project Manager, Factory Manager and sub-contractor to ensure on-time delivery of project within budget and with good quality            
  • Site management – ensure proper command and control of site including but not limited to DB&B site SOP, cleanliness & workplace safety; project running at minimum resources, minimum wastage and maximum efficiency
  • Conduct site surveys during various stages of the construction project e.g. Pre-con, site walk, handover, defect rectification, etc
  • Provide assistance to fellow staffs, whenever necessary
  • Produce and submit all necessary ISO forms, on time

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Interior Design/ Building/ Architecture or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related industry
  • A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and with a strong sense of ownership
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good at paperwork and proficient in MS Word/ Excel/ Project

We are recruiting a Project Manager who will support the Project Director in assisting the Business Development team in pitching for projects. The individual will work closely with clients on confirmed projects and will be responsible for assigning and managing the projects starting from the initial design conception, through construction, to completion and handing over to clients. The goal is to manage projects, from budget, timeline, quality to clients’ satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet potential clients with Business Development Managers to enquire and understand clients’ needs
  • Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan and visuals, prepare project schedule and quotations to clients and submit tenders for the project to clients
  • Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work
  • Prepare costing report for management’s approval and manage budget accordingly
  • Work closely with project and operation teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery of the project and excellent quality of work done
  • Being the key single interface between the company and clients, obtain client’s feedback and resolve project related issues such as payments, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Recognized qualification in interior design, architecture or equivalent
  • Candidate must possess minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate office interior design and build project
    management. Those with PMP Certification have an added advantage.
  • Able to interpret architectural plans and familiar with building and safety regulations
  • Experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines
  • Excellent project, presentation, leadership and people management skills
  • Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
