The Interior Designer is to deliver innovative commercial office designs that enhance client corporate identity and foster productive workplaces, supporting projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality design solutions that meet project requirements and uphold creative standards.
- Develop and prepare presentation materials to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Project Leaders to manage projects from initiation through full completion, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Apply strategic thinking and analysis to shape project proposals and design approaches.
- Present and advocate creative design solutions to clients, influencing decision making and securing project buy in.
- Participate in project pitching sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables clearly.
- Identify and leverage design opportunities as strategic assets to drive organizational success.
- Manage design development processes to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design innovation.
- Champion design excellence by setting benchmarks and promoting innovative practices within the team.
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Interior Design or related field
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, workplace design principles, and best practices in commercial interior design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe.
- Ability to create and develop 3D models and spatial visualizations using SketchUp.
- Experience with rendering and visualization software such as Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion is an advantage.
- Ability to produce detailed design drawings, space planning layouts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills to drive innovation and design excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design narratives to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills when working with project teams and consultants.
- Knowledge of workplace strategy, sustainable design practices, and current market trends is an advantage.

The Project Manager (MEP) is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in interior fit-out projects. This role ensures system integration, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee MEP installations, ensuring safety, quality, and timeline adherence.
- Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
- Manage overall project delivery, including budgets, timelines, and contractor performance.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
- Implement quality control measures for system reliability and performance.
- Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts with service providers and suppliers.
- Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in corporate office interior design & build project management
- Strong M&E knowledge is required; PMP certification is an advantage
- Recognized qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and understand building regulations
- Experience managing multiple projects within tight timelines
- Strong leadership, project management, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a professional and positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
