Atlas Outsourcing is an Australian-founded firm providing offshore business support services from the Philippines, connecting Australian businesses with skilled Filipino talent across admin, customer service and marketing.

A Cross-Cultural Workplace of Purpose
DB&B was appointed to design Atlas Outsourcing’s workplace in the Philippines, conceived as a people-centric environment that bridges Australian and Filipino cultures. As an end user operating under Work.able’s flexible workspace model, the design aligns with Work.able’s concept while integrating neutral tones, cultural references and functional zoning. The result is a timeless, adaptable workspace that balances brand identity, collaboration and clarity.
A Grounded Welcome
The reception area introduces the workplace with a balance of vibrant warmth and grounded sophistication. Cane-inlay ceiling panels, textured wall treatments and locally inspired patterns create a tactile, culturally layered welcome. The blend of orange and green seating offers a polished, approachable first impression.

Gathered Moments
The island pantry functions as a social anchor, inviting moments of pause, connection and conversation. Cane-weave lighting, fluted panels and quartz surfaces come together in a calming blend of texture and tone. Natural materials and handcrafted elements create a setting that feels both grounded and uplifting.

A minimalist island counter becomes a welcoming hub, balancing clean lines, tactile warmth and a sense of community.
Designed for Connection
Serving as an extension of the pantry, the cafeteria offers a vibrant, casual space for both dining and informal gatherings. Pops of orange and yellow energize the room, while varied seating supports flexibility and interaction. Natural textures and bold graphics infuse warmth and cultural character into the heart of the workplace.

A dynamic blend of colour, comfort and community, this café area fosters connection and refreshment in equal measure.
Comfort in Collaboration
Tucked along the windows, these semi-private booth seats provide a comfortable alternative for focused work or informal meetings. Natural textures like rattan, greenery and warm-toned upholstery foster a calming yet collaborative atmosphere, balancing privacy with connection in a shared, flexible workspace.

Built for Flexibility
This shared workspace is designed to adapt. Primarily used as an open-plan team area, the room can be easily reconfigured into a boardroom when needed. Modular desks and integrated AV allow for smooth transitions from collaborative working to formal presentations. Acoustic wall panels support focus, while cane accents and the Melbourne train station graphic subtly reflect Atlas Outsourcing’s roots and culture.

A fluid, multi-use space that blends functionality with brand personality, flexible enough for daily tasks, impactful enough for meetings.
Serene moment in motion
Set along a transitional corridor, this reflective corner is more than just functional, it’s a quiet visual break in the workday. A full-length mirror framed by lush greenery and the glowing affirmation “dream it, do it” encourages mindfulness, aligning with Atlas Outsourcing’s people-first ethos. The biophilic touch reinforces well-being, positivity, and daily intention.
